β β β β β Thereβs a catch to the seemingly attractive $10.80/kg for MSW advertised at the shop. What you may not know till you reach your turn after hours of queuing is that for every MSW durian you buy, you MUST buy another non MSW and lower premium breed such as red prawn or XO. The MSWs were smaller than the non MSW breed picked and opened by the staff. So you may actually end up paying more than $10.80/kg for MSW!

β β β β β I bought their MSW black gold at $18 per kg, taste like potato, not freshβ¦ Keep saying itβs ripe. Another dishonest durian seller, do not believe a single word they said. Do sample every piece of durian before you leave.

β β β β β First time buying from Melvinβs and it was honestly the worse Iβve had so far. 2.4kg MSW came with barely 3 full pods (I usually get around 1.8kg to 2kg MSW which has more seeds than this). Seller told me they sent me the wrong box and would top up next time I buy. $60 for this box.
Red Prawn, felt wet and was tasteless. Worse Red Prawn Iβve had in my life. Took a bite and wanted to spit it out. Worse than NTUC durian. Seller told me he will replace next time I order again. Then proceeds to tell me I should order more as thereβs promos. What promo ah? 30% discount on the durian yield?
Nahhhh. The only order you will get from me next is your 1 star rating. Cheers.

β β β β β Went to the stall and the queue was soooo long, so I got the packet version instead, 3 msw and 1 rp. All are fantastic!!! And uncle who served me was very friendly and nice ?

β β β β β Had not bought from Melvin for quite sometime. And decided to support him today without reading any reviews prior as I thought I could trust him like old times. Who knows, same thing happened to me just like others. Would u believe these durians are 1.5 kg with husks? Honestly I doubt so. Moreover, didn't even label which box is what durian. Now I know why his FB does not have any reviews and why people rated him so badly here.
Melvin, a word of advice if u are reading this. If u want to be successful on Social Media, u got to attend to the feedbacks given here.

Price is reasonable. The promo MSW is small but still good. Very fresh and worth the wait.
