β β β β β Jeffrey was on time, friendly, patient, and explained the process clearly. There was no pushy upselling and our plaque drafts were revised promptly upon request. Jin Dong was also very respectful, professional and helpful on the ash collection day and helped explain some of the rites to us as we were clueless. I did not compare prices but they are definitely worth it for the service and workmanship alone.

β β β β β Had good service with your China guy. He went extra mile to help me while I was somewhat a blur blur zombie then. He helped carried my sis ash as I wanted to follow his van. He looked after my footing as I got out of your van. He not superstitious. My late sis ash goes from me to him n vise versa. I kept changing my mind about the extra ash I wanted bring home. Aiyo he very patient with aunty here. Thanks for his patience and understanding
Should u be short of staff u should get him to recruit from China easier for him to train to be like himself

It was my 1st time with no experience in bringing ashes from Indonesia to Singapore, Darren had given guidance & advise from the beginning to the end when especially itβs the 1st time doing this needed all the help he could offer while grieving.

It has been a difficult time for mum. Darren was patience and helpful . He comforted and took care of mum's feeling. We were touched when he shared video of the process of transferring Dad's ashes into the keepsake .
