You call this Kagoshima Pork Belly Don?! I do accept the menu is just for illustration, but this is way too over, it's an illusion !!!

I don’t think this business will last long here. The objective isn’t in serving delicious food but just focused on making sales. The Edo Sushi that was here previously was a lot better. The quality of the sushi I bought is quite bland. I got the Hana Maki set, I have not seen anyone mess up a Hana maki. I mean, it sells expensive but mayonnaise does all the work. But not in this case. But I would say the most important thing of sushi is that you need good wasabi.

Went there for lunch and got the minced chicken rice - $6.90 with set A (green tea and chawanmushi - $3) and 2 ebi fry - $4. Don was a 10/10 for me, tatsy meat, well booked rice and the egg was just perfect - cold and runny. Overall a solid meal for its price. Set A was sad, chawanmushi is okay, a great amount of ingredients and was hot and tasty. Tea was just plain. Overall 7/10. Ebi was a 6/10. Came as 2 instead of 3 (on menu) as apparently the size is bigger which is perfectly fine. But the batter was thick and hard and burnt at some parts. It still was tasty nonetheless but wouldn't order again. If in the area, i would recommend u check it out for some affordable Japanese food!

$7.90 tonkotsu ramen, pretty tasty and there were 2 pieces of tender char siew. Not too salty. Worth the price. The spicy miso version tasted more like instant noodles soup, and costs $1 more. I usually order their dry spicy buta udon for takeaway. Like that there's no separate gst nor service charge

A cosy joint offering decent Japanese food for takeaways and a few seats for dine in. Tried the aburi salmon don and kaisen don and the taste was decent, will be more amazing if they can be more generous with the ingredients vs rice ratio.

I got the spicy ramen. The spiciness was over powering the ramen soup so I couldn’t taste the soup at all. It was kind of creamy though. Pork belly was tasty but quite a small portion. The egg and fish cake were cold. A real turn off. They could at least put in some effort to warm them up first.

Nothing wrong with the service or whatsoever, but OMG...the Gyu Don aka beef rice bowl is salty until.........is like they got a very good wholesale price for dark, light soya sauce and I have never eaten something salty quite like this. If the owner or staff see this, please, go light, very light on the soy sauce. You can always place the soya sauce at the condiments area for people whom prefer more salty to add it themselves. Thank you.
