Recommended to join this tuition centre by a friend. So far, good customer service and my kids like it here, results and learning attitude has improved since joining last July. Would recommend.

Before you read any of the positive reviews, make a personal trip down to the centre to personally immerse yourself in the learning environment the centre claims to provide. Firstly, the centre’s classrooms are not soundproof and are badly vandalised. I visited the place and it’s a bomb shelter, transformed into a tuition centre (not uncommon). Your child will most likely be distracted by the noise/sounds created in other rooms. Secondly, cleanliness of the area is an issue. The only toilet (shared between males and females) is badly maintained. Visited it once and was appalled by the poor condition. Let’s not go to the details. Furthermore, primary, secondary and adults (both males and females) are sharing the use of the toilet. Where’s the privacy and safety! Lastly, the quality of the teaching materials is nothing special or different from the usual assessment book materials. You can easily attain such from Popular book stores or openschoolbag. I have cross checked their science materials and realised they have conveniently adapted from past year school papers (which they have retrieved from their students, as well as from assessment books). With the departure of Teacher Shan, a relatively more stable, qualified science teacher, it’s just sad that the remaining Meow teaching staff are just underwhelming. Their primary math is helmed by founder, Meow and has proven results. This much is true. However that’s about it. Something positive to add. My child attends Teacher Jenna’s classes and is pleased with her teaching. Professional, engaging and although, she is not MOE trained, she teaches like a qualified teacher. Results are also there. Her lessons are recommended. The other math secondary teachers are subpar. 1 of which has previously taught my child, but is boring and disengaging. The other is young and seem to merely regurgitate assessment/past year school papers, relying on rapport to hang on to students. Doubt my words? Cross check your child’s results - are there any visible improvement? There’s nothing to comment about their English department since there isn’t anyone qualified to handle the teaching. Their resident teacher is an undergraduate, majoring in Chinese studies, with little experience in secondary English (mostly in primary). The more experienced ones have left, leaving my child’s class in limbo. You can take my comments with a pinch of salt. Make a trip down and try the lessons out. You will realise what I am saying is not without grounds. I stand by my claims.

Get to know Meow Learning through words of mouth. All my 3 children joined Meow Learning since last year November. Unlike most tuition that is very commercialized. Meow Learning give away free revision to help students. Dedicated and helpful teachers. Admin staffs are friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.
