★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked at Neovia in Singapore for 1 month as a tempt staff, the full time staff there are some of the nicest and most helpful bunch of people I've meet, however, the management has left much to desired. Tempt staff in general are treated very poorly, the manager/supervisor will constantly pull ranks and frightening the staff. Supervisor will make decisions judging by her mood rather than what is right. The warehouse as a whole are run by fear rather than understanding of a common goal. Personally, i would never return to work there again as a tempt staff. By writing this review, i hope my comments will be take into consideration to improve on the working environment.
