★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for the "Magic to Me is..." performance at the Esplanade, and was pleasantly entertained by the different personalities at Meta Illusions, with each magician dazzling the audience with their magic tricks. I thought the best performance was by Alexander Yuen, who left a lasting impression by infusing technology into his magic tricks with the creative use of an iPad.

The magic show was also customized to our company with much fun interactions with the participants. He was extremely easy to work with on logistics and setup, quick to communicate, and took details of our event & company into his show that made it feel personal and unique to us. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Meta Illusions to perform a close-up show as a surprise component for a bridal shower. The bride loves magic so she loved the idea easily but the sequence prepared for us was personalised and very well executed. Alex himself performed for us and he was presentable (his neat ensemble already made a good impression), charismatic and patient. He interacted with all of us (a small party of six) by letting us participate in every trick where we watched it all happen right in front us — not a single one was missed! It was absolutely enjoyable and it was a topic we could not stop discussing even up to dinner time. 11/10 will recommend and hire again!
