Metalworld services are excellent. Met with their sales person Roger, he’s very professional and confident of helping to solve my gate issues, a very approachable and helpful person. The repairs team is so friendly and courteous, quite surprised to find the whole team act in such an endearing manner. Instead of just an hour or so to repair, they took more than 4 hours and still maintain such good polite attitude. I’m happy that I used their services. Love love love the designs of Metalworld Pte Ltd! My first purchase was in 2010 where we had been served by George himself who was the engineering brains in customising & fabricating our metal gate. We had special and unique technical requirements. Their office arranged for George to pay us a personal site visit and explained to us how he could install our gate. And needless to say, the whole experience was a very good and happy one! What was coincidental was the warranty card number of our metal gate from their company came out shortly for 4D, not once but twice! Their gate installation came with an unexpected whopping windfall! However, we would like to draw the attention of readers that the quality and workmanship of their gate is indeed seamless and almost impeccable. A downfall came 2 weeks after their installation and we were abit upset to see the paint stripping off. We alerted Metalworld & they sent a very experience worker (Mr Png whom I think have already retired many years ago to enjoy his full time role as a grandpa) repainted with a spray gun running on electricity and the weekend itself we were so surprised to see the warranty card number rolling in on 4D winnings a second time! It’s our personal experience with Metalworld and to date, we would highly recommend them to anybody who is willing to pay for quality. We took so long to write the review as we had only started recently in doing reviews for our account and we felt that in addition to a candid review, we would like to share our joy of dealing with them and whatever positivity that followed after their gate installation. Thank you so much for the lovely gate, we love it even till tofay!

There are outstanding payments of $1,559.42 since 2012 that has not been paid despite our numerous letters and calls. Would appreciate if you can settle them ASAP.

I recently used them to install aluminum privacy cladding onto a residential gate for a landed house customer. Great work for reasonable price, Roger kept me updated on his team progress and gave good Colour options for the aluminum plate. They understood what I was looking for right away and able to install the cladding onto wrought iron gate easily, unlike other contractors which are more familiar working with timber and not able to do the job. Much appreciated, great job guys ?
