Had very bad experience ordering from this company. Bought 2 furniture from them. The first item came with a defect. Looked like they didn't even bother to check the item properly before leaving their warehouse. No wonder it's the only one instock as most of their items are on pre-order basis. Since the defect couldn't really be seen unless one looks underneath, we didn't proceed to file a complaint. And boy did we do the right thing, as later, we found out from the other 'victims' that their complaint was left unattended. Went through hell with the second furniture. Kept chasing the customer service for the delivery. Emailed them but NO REPLY. Had to text them a couple of times before getting a reply. Promised to give a free tissue box as a compensation for the delay in delivery but when the item was finally delivered, no tissue box insight. It seemed like a few other customers also had similar bad experience. Such a shame that they supply nice furniture but poor customer service! We won't be ordering anymore!!! To those who want to try their luck in ordering their furniture - please equip yourself with a high level of patience and be prepared to play 'hunting game' with them!
