★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The items prices were nearly two times higher than NTUC. 12 sticks of ice cream cost $6.95 in NTUC, but cost $12 here! They are taking advantage of the tired and weary people in the basketball court nearby. Absolutely a trap for residents in the estate. But the stall was well maintained and clean with air conditioners to cool you down.
