Throughout, he would always keep up updated of the progress and I never had to worry about a thing. What also struck me was his sincerity in wanting to get the best deal for his clients. Along the way, Michael never hesitated to gently offer his perspective if we had different opinions so that at the end of the day, I can make informed decisions.
