They literally gave no experience. the company at some ulu place and the management act like you owe them money. When they write email also very unprofessional and rude. I told them comply the excel already they say like I'm lying when they cannot find. Then they found. I gain more experience doing part time jobs than at this company. Its also more frustrating than working F&B or retail. So don't come here if you value your sanity. I would give 0 stars if I could.

L	Learn a lot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I have ever and never got. Don't buy Asus products. I bought a padfone S from Asus, after two months i got issue with screen. I went to the somerset 313 asus service centre on oct 2015. They said with in 1 week i will get back my mobile. But even after 2 weeks I didn't receive any update from Asus. Then after 20 days, they sent a sms saying they are waiting for the part, so may take longer time. After one month i called and ask them, they replied like "if you want your mobile to be repaired then you have to wait until they finish"(even after one month they replied like that). Then after two month i called and asked them. they said they are not able to repair, they have decided to give me a replacement. Now it is third month still i haven't received my mobile/Replacement This is what Asus customer service is Be-aware. Don't buy Asus products
O	Otoko Otoko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was truly surprised with the service rendered... i was in there for less than 15 mins, from surrendering the faulty item to getting a replacement unit. The 2 staffs (young male, and a full-time lady) were both patient and understanding... I need to be superquick as i was going to be late picking up the Pri 1 kid from school. They wasted no time, a few clicks and printed out a copy for me to sign, and bam... i was out of the service/replacement centre. keep up the good work!!!

And for people who join this company as intern, please go and try you best to change a compony before everything is too late.

I drove to their office in person only to hear the phone ringing off the hook. Their excuse is they have no time to answer calls when they only had 1 customer there when I was there.
