We've called them as we have some problem sending our scans via email, and it turned out that our sending server's IP reputation is blacklisted thus emails are being blocked. The engineer was spot on and went ahead to fix the issue, liaising with the data center and providing timely follow-ups.
They have solved our problem. We are able to send scans via email now. I give them 5-Stars review for their services and I highly recommended their services.

We engage their help to setup a photocopier to print via network and not only they were quick to respond to my request, they exhibit proficiency in their ability to quickly help us configure wireless print, my machine does not support wireless network nor there is a network cable laid to my office. Simple, affordable and efficient solutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service by Mcirologic. My computer crashed and i was so worried that my emails and data are all gone. They are my years of work and i don't have any backup. The engineer came, diagnosed that the hard disk is faulty and proceeded to perform a data recovery for me. As my computer is old, the engineer was very patient and helpful. He gave me recommendations on what to buy as a new PC. After the new PC came, he restored data on this new computer, reinstalled software, outlook , printers and scanners. He made my life so much easier. I will highly recommend their service as i find it very helpful.
