★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Takahi slow cooker model 2060 at Harvey Norman on 31 Oct 2020. Found hair line crack at the cray pot and Midom claimed that is not under warranty. When I read the warranty card, basically they list down everyparts are not cover warranty and it is better not to provide warranty. Consumer buy at their own risk. It is clear facts that the pot is manufacturing defects and bad quality. Beware of this supplier as the warranty is fake. They are pushing away every responsibility.
