Learning hoop from Afiqah is always a joy! Every class is exciting and challenging - I always look forward to classes with her.

I’ve loved every single class in Milan, the instructors are all amazing, nurturing and very supportive, and the whole team at Milan are all lovely people :)

I feel very happy when I am there to learn and test what I am capable of. Friendly instructors and fellow classmates too! Surrounding area is cool and hip for eating and drinking after a great workout!

A good place for an all-body workout for everyone, with or without experience! Instructors are patient and friendly and will help you work at your own pace.

Inspired by cirque du soleil, I signed up for an Intro to Aerials class with Vanda. She did a great job getting the class warmed up and introducing the basics to us in a fun way. I was clearly the one who was the least experienced but she adjusted her coaching for me and helped me take baby steps to still get to some milestones. I always feel like if people can find an activity that is engaging/fun/addictive AND have a good workout as a by-product, that's a great intersection. I think you find that with milan pole dance studio in general. I left the studio with my arms/shoulders/back sore for DAYS. That's a good thing. :) I'll be back for more, for sure.

I have been to few studio in chinatown/outram area. It is so far the only studio with the most pleasant lightings, good sound system and...clean floor...apparatus and crash mats. A pleasant place for me to take progressive video. Students are expected to clean their mat, crash mat after use. It is indeed a good for the studio to adopt such good practices to ensure studio is clean at all times. Noticed the staff also ensure all cloths are wash and dried at certain days too. Toilets and changing areas are clean too. I like the environment. Classes start and end on time too. Instructors are good. Havent had the chances to try all of them though. I enjoyed the comtempole and gym classes by Vanda Seetoh. Love her positive energy as much as she love her students!
