★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have loved to buy a sofa from Milano. I've been to so many sofa shops but the customer service in this place was one of the worst I've ever experienced in my life! After walking into the place on the 16th Nov at 4pm, I was standing there for at least 10mins and I wasn't even attended to or welcomed. The sales staff who was a lady was there and basically just ignored me and was serving another customer. The least she could do was to ask her fellow colleague to assist me. Who by the way was playing with his phone at the back on the sofa. I had to actually ask is there anyone working here before she actually asked the other guy to assist me. Loved the sofas but was put off with the service. Milano should get more pleasant and experienced staff. Their furniture is amazing. But the staffs destroys the whole impression. I made my way to Origin Home after the horrible customer service at Milanos. Phew...What a complete difference!

She remembered our visit , and the details of item we looked at that point of time even after two months of purchase when I called her to check on for one of the bar stools I decide to buy later.
They have good collection of items in store. We are very happy with the coffee table that we got from here!
