Very unethical and just unprofessional. I would never recommend this agency to any expats living in Singapore.

Really poor experience with this agency. Irresponsible and lack of accountability. Mistakes by their partners led to delay of more than 2 weeks which caused plenty of inconveniences.

Ming Hwee Agency is simply unprofessional and did not offer help when you encountered problems with the FDW. Only want employer to return maid to them so that they can transfer the problematic maid to other employers. Would never recommend to other employers. They don't even deserve 1 star.

As a first timer, we trust that they will assist us with the hiring process. Got our first helper through their assistance. We again, seek for their assistance to do the paperwork for our second helper and checked with them on the paperwork of sending the first helper back. They told us that they will assist with all the paper work and we only have to get the first helper her flight ticket back will do. When asked about the first helper work permit, they mentioned that they will assist with it and the work permit should be cancelled on it's own as long as they did not submit for extension. Trust that they will assist us, we proceeds to send the first helper back. Now that our new helper is here, our new helper is unable to get her work permit due to their assurance of getting things done for our previous helper. They did not assist with anything regarding the cancellation of the work permit and they are pushing the blame back to us who are first timer. Did I also mention that you have to chase for update and information and they will only get back to you few days to few weeks later? It's not easy to reach them in anyway unless you travel down to the office to get things done face to face. Sending someone back and getting new helper during this pandemic is not easy and all we need is professional support. This is what you get, "professional" support.

A terrible agency. Unresponsive, misses deadlines, needs you to chase them to meet MOM requirements, STILL manages to miss things (eg did not set up a bank account for my MDW, which needs to be done prior to work permit issuance), fails to make arrangements for scheduled appointments, causing helper to miss said appointments.. the list just goes on. Look elsewhere.

I would like to commend on the quick sourcing n secured a good caretaker, my mother in law is happy too. Special mentioned of quick turn around of error free documentations and obtained WP in 3 days. Thank you Shirley Lim and team.
