Boss will come out to talk to customer after crunch time and lady boss very attentive.. The sashimi is off good cut.. Their salad dressing is good and alot of variety of complementing ingredient. Not just a simple salad do not get confused.. Not something i expected... The seafood rice broth is super amazing very thick and flavorful.. Yam fish cake was a surprisingly good side dish so i ordered 2 portion. Do try and come support this family business!

Ordered 1 set meal($12) as well for 3 items including rice & miso soup, value for money with the given portion. Added sides of Buta Bara Kimchi and Fried salmon skin. Service is fast and prompt even though it's a two person show. Just when I thought the owners had forgotten the surprise that I had planned for wife with them, they actually remember it and gave us a slice of cake with Ice cream on it. Thanks for the effort though lunch hour is busiest time for you guys.
F	Felicia Png on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality food at affordable price with top notch service! This place is like a home away from home. The owners serve with their hearts and are very hospitable. They make an effort to talk to every of their customers (we left the place feeling warm and fuzzy). We had the Mixed Sashimi, their signature Salmon Aburi Maki (very nice ratio of fish to rice), Kani Kaarage (you can taste that the oil is fresh cuz we taste the sweetness of the soft shell crabbies). We wanted to order the Otoro but was sold out so we had the Hyogo Oysters instead (fresh, plump and briny, yum!) Would love to order more but we are such small eaters. Can’t wait to try other dishes next time. Thank you Ming San & Ming Sao, we will see you again soon!

They even helped with with a birthday surprise for one of our firends and decorated the restaurant accordingly. Many thanks to Mr Ming San and wife for the great dining experience. Our dishes came out in a steady pace and we enjoyed every plate. Wish we could eat more but we were so full! Ming San accommodates only one table turn for dinner per night so that customers can enjoy our food without needing to hurry off. Love this little gem in Chin Swee Road!
