worst customer service. tried returning an asos package using their ninjavan pickup service at 1pm and was told to come later because the guy didn't know how to log into the system. came later at 5pm, got asked by another staff member if i knew how to operate THEIR system and proceeded to get told off for not coming earlier when the boss who knew how to use the system was around. so it's the customer's responsibility that your staff are properly trained and to work their schedule around when the people who are properly trained are available? ridiculous.

Extremely terrible customer service experience. Went to drop off Ninjavan parcels and the Chinese male staff acted as though I was inconveniencing him. Have gone on 4 occasions and given him benefit of the doubt, but have come to the conclusion that he's just generally angry for no reason at people who just want to drop off their parcels. From what I have seen he's also not polite to walk in customers who are who are paying for his overpriced items (for eg, coconut milk for $2.20, nearby minimart sells for $1. Werther's original $1.40, same nearby minimart sells for $1). Will not head back to this location again. Boss should seriously hire someone else who's more customer centric. Especially because other minimarts nearby sell even more varieties of whatever they sell at cheaper price and with better customer service experience (for example, saying basic thank you when your customer thanks you). this Chinese guy just glares at you or looks away when you say thanks. Rude and unpleasant, hope ninja van will look into this as they are bringing down ninjavan's reputation with them.

Encounter 2 staff there. 1 male and 1 female. The female staff is nice. The male staff has a bit of irritated attitude every time it comes to ninjavan parcels. Went once to drop off parcel but the parcel was left sitting there for 1 day not scanned. Usually other ninja points will scan the parcel right away. I had to go back to retrieve the parcel and drop at other ninja point. Eversince that bad experience, I never go back there to send parcels in fear that my parcels will be left sitting there again. So unlucky that this is the nearest point to me. I guess the staffs there don't know how to use ninja system at all. Why register for it if they don't know how to use and not learning to do so. What is their boss doing?!

Worst customer service you can ever receive from the petite lady staff. Used their vending machine in the wee morning and my $1 was stuck inside, near the orifice. Tried to use my key to pry out to no avail. Went down later in the afternoon during their opening hours to get my money back. The lady initially ignored me. After some repeated asking, she rudely exclaimed that she does not have the keys to open the machine. I have photos to prove and we can still see that $1 coin near the orifice. When I asked when can I get back my money, she insisted she doesn't know. I asked who has the keys, she doesn't know either. I asked for a refund while she sort out the vending machine issue but was denied as well. I'll take this as a $1 lesson well spent to never buy from their shop nor their vending machines.

bad customer service from the petite female staff. i am a student from a nearby school, wanted to ask for chopsticks and waited until the queue was over, i politely asked her but she cut me and bluntly asked if i could see the queue despite me coming first in line. i know i am only a student, but even i am appalled by this behavior.

I visited the shop on 01-05-22 around 2pm to purchase a bottle of 100 plus. After the payment, I politely requested a medium-sized plastic bag but was rudely denied as she refused to provide me with the plastic bag. Perhaps, your shop may not have the requested plastic bag size or my request was simply too demanding to start with, which you should definitely find out more from your attending staff that day to understand that if she has any underlying difficulties at work (Stress, Overtime or etc). The plastic bag matter is seriously to a point insignificant and slightly amusing as a well-established convenience stall of yours is unable to provide medium-sized plastic bags. The matter to look into is the ability of your shop assistant to converse (tonality and obvious sarcasm) with your customers. I do understand that customers can be extremely difficult at times but should not be an excuse for poor customer service or a blanket statement to unreasonably generalise your patrons as there are exceptions. Overall, more thorough work must be done towards establishing a friendlier, amicable, and customer-oriented service to retain customers around the neighbourhood. I sincerely hope that improvements can be made during my next visit to the shop.

Horrible customer service. The lady there always angry for no reason and slams things. I got scammed by her just now. I was with my 2 friends and two of us ordered cup noodles and I ordered drink. After I paid I shoved the drink in my pocket and my other friend was paying for his noodles I was going to grab my noodle the lady told me to pay, even after telling her I paid for it. My friend ended up paying for me. Really bad customer service, lady always in a bad mood and just gets angry for no reason. edit:you don't have to contact me it's just a cup noodle no need to waste effort but I would not remove this review thanks for reaching back.

Zero star if possible! Went to pick up shopee parcel and met a petite, long haired lady (around 30-40 years old) who was extremely rude! I went in and she was listening to some message via phone and I had to wait till she finished listening to the message before attending to me which was about 1/2 min, which I thought fine… I gave her the collection pin and she started searching for the parcel for like a min and told me dun have.. I politely told her I received a reminder to pick up so it should be there.. I saw other baskets/ boxes of items and asked her how about those as I didn’t see her checking there.. She told me while rolling her eyes that we sorted the parcels, surely dun have.. There were no other customers in the shop and I told her politely again if she can check just in case. She replied rudely and said in Chinese, “dun have, I dunno why dun have, we only collect and pass to customers.. u go and ask them!” This is not the first time I had to deal with her attitude and my family members also shared similarly experience. I will definitely feedback to shopee about it and hope the owner can do something. Now I have to waste and reorder a parcel because of her!
