★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad experience. charge 3x of what i bought and only realised when i'm on my way back. she told me to get 1 more then it'll be cheaper but she counted another item which is more expensive twice. should have been more careful. really disappointed for my first time purchasing at miniso. other buyers should also. check their receipt before leaving the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t even deserve 1 star. How is it the website says they close at 8.30pm but the store closed at 7.30pm?
I asked the staff she said oh yes website says 8pm but we close at 7.30pm. I asked “8 or 8.30 cos website says 8.30pm?” She replied “oh oh 8.30pm”
It’s really odd when the staff doesn’t even know what time the store ought to stay open till.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store lights all on and should be open but glass doors put up. First time I came at lunch time, the one employee said they will reopen are 4pm (odd) now it’s 6pm I came back but no one at the store - safe entry sign still outside shop...While I was here another few customers show up and thought it was strange too. At least put up a sign or turn off lights!!!
