★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made 2 appointments for tele consulting (ART) for travelling purpose for the next day. 1 appointment the doc didn't appear and another one the memo didn't send to me.
Tried contacting them urgently but couldn't reach anyone and send in complaint didn't get any response as well.
End up I have search all the clinic in SG and managed to get an appointment early in the morning so I do not miss my flight.
Highly unprofessional for a health provider. engage them at your own risk.
