clinic should be more flexible in giving queue number via phone and not let people crowd especially during covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why it is alright for clinic to get patients to stand outside to wait their turn. This is even after you had made appointment. There is no chairs outside and the afternoon sun can be unforgiving.
Imagine that you are sick, and made to stand. You cannot even go to the neighborhood seats nearby as you need to be near the vicinity to hear the staff call your number.
Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reached the clinic at 12 noon today, 12 June 2022 wanting to consult doctor for urine infection. However, was turned away by the receptionist claiming the clinic is closing earlier. I rushed back home wanting to see the doctor desperately but was turned away. I told her on my condition but was told to get back on Monday. Just imagine the discomfort and pain I want to endure till Monday. So unmerciful !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly receptionist and caring doctor. Highly recommended for a family clinic. The doctor took time to understand my condition even though it was rather complex, and even considered my financial situation even though he could've just added more medication or recommended expensive treatments for my condition. He treated me very well and the fact that I rarely have to go to the doctor shows that he takes good care of me. Due to the COVID situation their safe distancing measures do need refinement though. More seating should be provided. Overall a very good experience.
