Gentle & assuring. The dr is quiet real about addressing the patient concerns. Definitely recommend him. the wait can be between 15-30 mins along with consultation. Pls take that into consideration during your visit ( not your quick stop by kind of clinic )

Had a bad experience with the receptionist. When I entered the clinic, she just stared at me which made me feel uncomfortable. Was unwell and there are empty seats around with 1m distance but she told me to wait outside the clinic(there are no chairs outside the clinic) as the seats are meant for blood test and vaccination people. If not for the Dr whom I have visited many years, I would immediately write off this clinic.

Good cannot be fast! I am aghast at some of the reviews here. Dr Leong has been my doctor since I was a young adult to now when I'm fast approaching half-a-decade old. He takes his time to explain every detail to his patients regardless of whether you're a new or existing patient, so much so that I'm able to self-medicate for minor ailments. Saved my father-in-law from insulin jabs by adjusting his exercise regime and medicine intake timing when TTSHV insisted on jabs. I owe him a gratitude of debt for his help and assistance almost pro bono. So if you want fast, don't go to his clinic; every regular patient knows it very well and we're happy to wait. If you want mc, go elsewhere please! It's my fortune to have met him.... A doctor and an old friend!

Strongly recommend NOT COMING HERE. Do NOT ever come to this clinic. I’m sure you can find other clinics around with much better service. Was my first time here and the receptionist is extremely rude (should have read the reviews before coming) - Stared at me the moment she walked out and when I asked her about first time registration, she rudely gestured and pointed to the QR code located on the counter a little further. Did not ask if I was having a fever yet when she asked for the first time, she said I should have told her when she first asked. Was asked to come back 2h later and upon reaching, told me to come back again at closing time as there were too many patients. No chairs provided for fever patients so I ended up seated on the floor outside. Go for other doctors and other SASH clinics, there are way more empathetic receptionist and better doctors around. Worst experience and service ever, would not recommend this to anyone at all unless you want to experience bad service.

Went for my vaccination and was greeted by a very friendly Dr Leong. He takes the trouble to explain on the vaccination and its side effects and answer any doubts or question you may have. Jab was done painlessly and in about 1 sec. Highly recommended. Thank you doctor.

A very bad experience with the receptionist, cannot believe that this is a Christian clinic when the patient is treated in such a way by the receptionist. Do not get me wrong, the doctor who helped me is very nice. There is such a shortage of knowledge from the receptionist despite that this is a clinic for the vaccination, she had a very bad temper when I asked her what I should do when my booster shot is not reflected in trace together. A fake website, wrong instruction, rude communication and a hang up was given by her. She replied in a very impatient way, saying that I have to fill up a form myself (which was not mentioned on the booster shot day). I asked her then what should I do instead, she still replied in a very impolite and rude way and gave me a fake website go.gov.sg and asked me to also call MOH, she kinda broke out when I asked her to repeat, she repeated in a rude tone and hang me up directly. I found out then that this website has nothing to do with vaccination and have to call MOH despite that I don’t think that it is the right procedure for everyone to call in the MOH line after giving booster shot. This seems to be a waste of government resources and an occupancy of the line for the needed. Finally the MOH line officer told me that the vaccination booster is reflected in health hub and as long as it shows vaccinated, there is nothing required. If she had the right knowledge or has the courtesy of learning what should be learned as a receptionist in the clinic which provides booster shot, she could just inform the patient that nothing is required, it would be updated automatically, and you can download health hub app to check the record. Giving wrong information(ask me to fill up form, go to a fake website), together with the very rude attitude is not the solution, it mistreats the patient, wasted the time of the patient and wasted the time of herself. It destroys instead of serving anyone. I am not sure if she already knew about this as I am too scared to talk to her with her attitude. I just hope that she could learn it someday, and hope she had enough other knowledge so that the patients are treated fairly without any wrong information or mistreatment.

Went there in the morning before 8.45am, was told it would take about 3 hours and will call. The clinic ends it session on 12pm Monday and eventually give up waiting and have to try to struggle to go to another clinic after few hours of anxious wait. The clinic should know how to manage crowd and reject walk ins early for alternate planning. Very bad experience. Go only if no waiting is needed.

Excellent doctor who cares for each patient and goes above and beyond each time. Dr. Leong has been our family doctor for decades. Very blessed to be under his care. It is not for everyone, especially those rushing, but a great family doctor to stay with. He is very knowledgeable and has great way to assure elderlies as well as young children. He gives real practical advice and doesn’t over medicate. Hope we can have more doctors like him. In it for the right reasons.
