Really polite and kind. Also very convenient. Booked an appointment online, it was really easy and stress-free. Prices also cheap. Lets you know in detail whats wrong with your phone and prices are as advertised. Repair services are also good. Highly recommend.

I got to know Mister Mobile through my colleague. The battery replacement took about 45mins. I didn't noticed any difference on that day, however to my surprised the next day I only charged my battery twice which I often have to charge 3-4 times a day due to my hp is old so the battery drained out really fast. Really happy with the service. Will definitely recommend to friends. Thank you

first i need to applaud the post-sale customer service is exemplary and superb. (1) I did a battery replacement but it still doesn't seem to work well. It would take a extremely long time to charge the battery which doesn't make sense to me. I wrote a review on this problem and the customer service staff immediately got in touch and offered to help. (2) The technical/sale staff who attended to me is also very polite and friendly despite i questioning them why the replaced battery was still failing me. I left my phone with them for a few hours and when I returned for the phone, the answer was the battery is actually functioning well. So my guess is: (a) something just went wrong with my charger or (b) this battery takes extremely wrong time to charge on a usb cable. Regardless, the service at Mister Mobile is pretty good.

Found mister mobile online based on good review. The staff was friendly and helpful. Repair took about 2hr plus as my screen was damaged quite badly. Although after repair there was some problem and i had to return the next day to rectify, the staff was helpful about it and only called me to collect my phone a few hours later after ensuring there was no other issues. Overall a trustworthy and value for money shop to turn to.

Good service, they do not charge for checking your device if you decide not to proceed with the repair. I have been here thrice. Affordable prices for repairs. So glad to have a branch that is near my place. Just sent my son’s Samsung phone for LCD screen replacement a week ago as he dropped his phone, which resulted “bleeding” in the screen. Repair is done in one hour, they also let me know that touch screen sensor for fingerprint log in might deteriorate after changing the screen. So far so good til now, as my son can still log in with his fingerprint.

Needed to replace my iPhone 8 Plus as there were issues when using the chat apps to make phone calls. Others quoted almost $150+ for the basic repairs. MisterMobile's staff checked and informed me that either one or both of the mics were the issue and replacing each would be $48. Took them about an hour to replace and check the device. Also asked to replace the battery as it showed "Service" meaning it's time for a replacement. At the end, they only replaced one mic and the battery. Prompt service and professional staff, that's why I go back to them. Bought my new iPad 6 from them a few years back and I'm looking to get an iPhone X series and another iPad soon. Great service, Fast and Effective repair under 2 hours for LCD Replacement. Opted for higher grade LCD (S20 Ultra) Pricing is as shown on their website. Contacted via WhatsApp Sale team for pricing and next day appt from convenient branch. Service reciever ran through pre-check and is transparent about phone conditions and expected result. And managed to get back within 2 hrs after I left the phone with the shop. (Advisable to back up and factory format phone before). For me, Can't tell apart from original screen to after replacement. (Usually use non-vavid in screen colour) Its as good as original. Also given 1 month problem & issue coverage, didn't have to use it to know the extent. Overall great service experience. Pros : Service time. Convenient location. Price comparably fair. Cons : Few Payment options (Cash, Paylah and one other lesser used option)

A few years ago, I had issues with my phone and came to Mr Mobile as their prices were affordable. They did not disappoint. This time round, on another phone, the battery keeps dying on me. So decided to change the battery. Made an online appointment and headed to their branch at Hougang Green. The staff there adviced me accordingly of the processes and fees ($3 discount if book online appointment) etc I was told to come back in 1 hours time. 1 hour passed, went back and taddaaaaa, my phone is ready. Again he explained that issues i had could also be cause by hardware issues. I told him I am aware and was just trying my luck to change the battery as the phone was a gift, sentimental value of sort. Was told that the battery has a 1 month store warranty and other details. So far the battery has lasted so much longer and I'm happy. The whole process was effcient and fast. No glitch. Definately HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Staff : 3.5 / 5 Service : 3.5 / 5 Overall : 4 / 5
