Received a terrible face-to-face experience from their customer support yesterday when there was issue with 2 bottles of their Pearl Complexion Cream. Now they BLOCKED me from Messenger. Despite much effort trying to contact them prior to my visit; there was no reply from messenger & no telephone contact anywhere at all can be found on their website or social media. I was 1st reprimanded for not making appointment, then was rudely asked whether I know that I have to register Trace-Together (I did it the moment I reach the office...which Singaporean don't know we have to do that). I was not allowed to enter the office so standing outside the door, I told her about the defects of the products. I was informed that we need to cover the bottle with the stopper that came with the packaging. Nothing was written on the box that we need to do that but she insisted she cannot change because she mentioned that it was everywhere online. Yes, after 1.5 hrs of going through all their videos & posts, I finally found a screenshot that states "Caring Notes" at the very bottom of the page when you buy the product. Even this note did not state that if the stopper is not put back, the bottle will not be able to dispense the cream anymore. Such important information is not stated anywhere inside or outside the box. Even the note on the site states a totally different thing; "Bottle Dispenser comes with anti-press protection seal. After use, please put the seal back to protect the dispenser from breakage". When I mentioned about going to report to the Consumer Association, she snatched the items from me & slammed the bottles on their counter which caused a loud bang, shocking me & her colleagues. Then she took 2 new bottles & throw into my hands. I told her that she should not be so rude & told her that I will definitely launch a complain to her management. She told me to do so & said everything was recorded on the exterior CCTV (thank God there is one there; the bosses should review it to see her actions). I have been a strong supporter since they started the first complexion cream. I've been buying so many of their products, recommending them to my friends & also gave away as gifts. But with this kinda of treatment, no matter how good the product, we should take our money somewhere else. I have all the screenshots as proof of what was mentioned above, including how they blocked me from Messenger which is the only way to contact them). Now that I was traumatized by them causing me to have high blood pressure, giddiness & heart palpitations, I will not hesitate to take further actions.
