went to get my iphone screen fixed
the lady at the counter quoted $190. when i came back 45 mins later to collect my phone, she told me that they had to do “additional repair” hence the cost is $190+$50. oh come on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a repair of my IPad there. The issue did not resolve at all and they returned it. When I return to the shop, the owner said that the technician have already resigned and no-one knows how to repair it.
Did not refund as he said the technician took it. As a consumer, I just want it fix. If you didn't manage to repair it, you.refund but not in this case. All this is within a day of repair.
Not utilise the 1 month warranty that was given.
Cheat !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store to sell my phone. Terrible customer service. Walked in and the lady behind the counter was loudly talking on the phone. She did not put it down to attend to me either. I had to stand there and wait for her to finish her social call. While attending to me she was really rude and spent half the time using her social media. She handled my phone roughly and used cheap tissue instead of proper screen cleaning cloth to clean the phone. Then she tried to deduct $100 off the price for scratches that she might have very well caused herself with her poor care. This phone was only a week old and has been in a case the whole time. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I do not know how such a rude person can work in a role that deals with customers like this. Please do yourself a favour and do not visit this store.
