Very satisfied with the quality, price and service of MODA, sales rep was very helpful and patient in entertaining our queries. Delivery of products was completed as promised (before CNY). Update (removed sales rep name as it’s not his fault but a reflection of the company): Wardrobe is good, still 5 star where price to value ratio is considered Sofa had following issues and is hence 0. 1) Curly edges (pic 1) and was reassured by salesman that it was due to packing of product and it would straighten out “after awhile”. It didn’t. 2) The company did rectify it a month later but it is still slightly wavy unlike what was shown in showroom - pic 2 3) Couch colour turned yellow in 3 months. Was informed that it is due to sun exposure and no matter what fabric i choose it will be like this. My couch is just in the living room. But I had no issues with previous fabric couch and even my PU material dining chairs left in the blazing sun in the balcony which you can spot in pic 5 (was prepared to write them off) held up way better with no colour leaching - pic 3 and 4 4) Customer needs to be informed beforehand about these issues at material selection stage to avoid getting such a shock. Solution offered by company was to re-upholster at my own cost, but was warned that the same thing is likely to happen. Cost of sofa and wardrobe around $3K

We got a reclining lounge chair from here. Great place with many options and customization available. Thank you to staff, Rachel, for providing us with necessary details. Also loved the ambience of the showroom, saw many other products i may consider buying in the future.

Went to Moda Living and was attended by Desmond to help us to look for dining table set. He was very helpful and attentive to our specific requirements. Got a extendable dining table which was nice and perfect to what we want. Do look for Desmond when you head down, definitely great service without any hard sell

I went down to Moda Living last weekend to look for Sofa. The showroom was quite huge and they have many selection of nice furniture. Was attended by the sales staff Rachel and she show us around the showroom. She was very friendly and explained in details all the specification and measurement of the Sofa. Also show us demo on the water repellant capability and the colour code with different lighting. She was very accomodating and patient to answer all our queries. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable and quality furniture.

A big thank u to Nick for providing an excellent service to us! Nick is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Shopping at Moda is very enjoyable and stressfree as she is not pushy at all. There were no pressure to put down a deposit or "else the price will increase the next day". In fact, we did not purchase anything the first time we visited Moda as we wanted to shop and compare further. We looked for Nick about a month later as we decided that the sofa we saw at Moda is the nicest and best value for money for such high quality. We also get to choose the type of fabric in our choice of colour to match our interior design. Great product, great in house staff!
