β β β β β I have a old Unox oven and initially I wanted to dispose them as I thought it could cost too much to get it fixed. Hence, I sent it to MokLee for disposal and Mr Wiliam (their boss) didnβt give up and explained that my oven is nice one and he helped to fix it at really reasonable price. With all Mok Lee teamβs help I was able to bake my cake on time for my student and kept my promise to him.
The boss and the staffs are sincere and can trust.

β β β β β Terrible sales tactics.
Posted an ad for aftermarket deck oven to lure customers.
Asked for me to come down to view at warehouse. While viewing, the salesman Upsell to get brand new one. Quoted for a brand new set. Acted all professional and asked to go back to think it through before committing to purchase.
After my deciding to purchase the set (ex-stock), called to make an appointment to go down to pay and purchase. Upon calling the salesman, informed me that the price was actually $10,000 more than what was quoted! Ridiculous. Excuse from them being I was asking too much about the product and they were confused so they quoted wrong, though I pointed and stood in front of the physical set at the warehouse (literally pointing at the unit and checking the set). Baffling. Have not heard from anyone from the office since for explanation/remedial.
Avoid at all cost unless. Very misleading and unprofessional.
