★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WILL NEVER COME BACK. VERY CLOSE TO LOSING MY COOL TODAY. Was asked to move and sit outside to make way for a couple who came in later and wanted to “dine in”. Was I not dining in too, although I ordered a cone? Is there a different treatment for customers who buy a cone and those who got something else? This is totally unacceptable customer service! However magical tasting your gelatos are wouldn’t make up for spoiling my mood today! I came in first, and was even welcomed to sit in initially. Moving your customers outside just to accommodate new orders is the worst kinda service I had ever gotten from any F&B.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered two keto flavours - salted caramel and hazelnut, both are decent and the texture is really nice comparing to other keto ice cream I had. Lowered my rating as self pickup from Momolato is a disgrace to customer service - store was closed during the scheduled pickup time, no apologies from staff whatsoever even when they dropped the ice cream on the floor when packing the order...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream here is definitely worth a second visit! I had strawberry cheese cake and blue pea vanilla. Waffle wise, it is a little on the softer side but the buttermilk taste is strong! Personally prefer waffles that are crispy and soft on the inside. Staff was friendly and open to our opinions on the food so that they could improve in future which I feel is pretty good! ??

The service staff who served me was really nice and patient in explaining the different flavours. She also wished me a happy birthday and gave me a free scoop of gelato! Her kind gesture really made my day, and I would definitely recommend this place! 5/5.
