★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renewed my COE at 1.99%! Initially saw 1.99% on their advertisements and thought it was too good to be true, but IT IS REALLY 1.99%! Staffs were very open about their pricing and rates, there is no hidden charges at all. They are very helpful and friendly too! Would rather go to MoneyMax Leasing as a more established brand with truthful advertisements than those trying to cheat our money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time getting a car loan with MoneyMax Leasing and there was a misunderstanding on my second instalment in regards to the payment mode. The officer told me I have to pay a '1 day' (yes, ONE day) late payment fee. Not wanting to argue, I paid and move on.
Was surprised that another service officer, Intan, called me up a few days later enquiring about the incident. Unlike the first officer who kept on telling me to read the agreement, Intan is more calm and understanding in approaching my case. And she helps me to get a refund for my 'late' payment fee.
Good job MoneyMax in putting the right person for service recovery. ??

unfriendly tone and questioned me why I did not take her call the very first instance. Name of staff - Freda.
