PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU APPLY FOR ANYTHING! I applied for a credit card with Moneysmart instead of Singsaver for the sole purpose of the iPad and this is ridiculous. I applied for my card in Sep 2021 and up till today it's been 5 - 6 months. In Jan, they told me this ' We will begin the fulfilment process by the end of January to the latest mid of February 2022' Then today I received this only after reading how bad the fulfilment process was ' Please accept our sincerest apologies as there will be some slight delay with regards to the fulfilment of your gift. Our supplier has informed us that the stocks for iPad is running low, and they can only replenish and continue the fulfilment process by end February to latest mid March 2022. ' I was trying to understand but I remembered I saw another boosted promo saying 'Get your rewards faster than ever' in Oct 2021 and yet I still can't even get my iPad even though I apply it in Sep 2021. Imagine if I were to keep waiting. I don't even think anyone will inform me about the delayed lest I don't even think I will receive the iPad either. If you're applying just for the gifts then forget it, apply directly from the bank and purchase it instead.

Terrible experience. Went to check on when the gift would be arriving from moneysmart after obtaining a citi bank credit card from their website, only to be informed that they have given me the $350 reward via Paynow instead of the Applewatch gift that I have selected. Today, moneysmart claims that I filled in the form wrongly, or in this case "did not fill in the form completely", and therefore in the spirit of customer service, have awarded me the paynow money instead of what I have opted in the first place. Honestly, terrible experience, and just looking at the more recent reviews, it looks like its an ongoing problem from the get go. If its a supply issue such as your "supplier" not having sufficient gifts in the first place, please do yourself a favour, and change your supplier, or have the decency to at the very least say the 500 people to complete the minimum requirement will get their first pick of gifts.

I should have heeded the other reviewers advice here Did not receive the promo as advertised despite fulfilling all the eligibility requirements. Had numerous emails and follow up from Money Smart claiming it is being processed. The Bank is aware and advised that all details provided to MoneySmart but MoneySmart claim status now shows "no records found". Yet for past 6 months, the status showed "processing". It is a scam. They just want to collect your personal details so be careful. MoneySmart - You can only trick your customers once. Horrible experience and wasted 6months. Zero stars.

I applied for a Citibank credit card on moneysmart and I chose Apple Watch 7 as the reward gift. After the application was submitted, I got a phone call from moneysmart to confirm my choice. I also submitted a query for the process of my gift after I met the requirement. They replied that I could get my Apple Watch in 4-5 months but it turned out that I got a $350 PayNow Cashback which is not what I chose. Although I complained about this issue to them, they insisted that I did choose PayNow Cashback as the reward gift. I wasted my 6 months with this terrible service. And the customer service doesn't try to help me to resolve the issue. They just want to pass the fault to me.

I applied for my Amex card and received my card in May 2021. Supposed to get Samsung ear buds as a welcome gift but till now I haven't seen it. Did multiple email correspondences with the officer in charge and was told to wait as they need to cross reference with the bank. Last email was told to wait 2 to 4 weeks but 6 weeks have passed and still nothing from them. Last email was being ignored too. I would rate this company a negative 5 stars if I could. Update 17.03.2022 My gift was fulfilled upon checking? Did you check the wrong info? I opt for the cash return and was advised that the amount will be credited within 2 weeks. And of course by now the reason that I'm responding to your message is because nothing came in the last I check. So please, at least check on your part 1st before you respond.

Applied for a credit card through moneysmart and fulfilled the requirement on min spending and after a few months they told me the band has said I don't meet the eligibility. I contacted the bank and they said I meet the eligibility to receive my promotion gift. Now money smart says the bank is going to fulfil the gift because they have no promotion for that card anymore. Its just too stupid.

Been getting my travel insurance for years from MoneySmart. Extremely quick and easy to use website. Once I had forgotten to get my travel insurance and only remembered after getting on the plane. Purchased one through MoneySmart in literally minutes just before the plane took off and it was at a really good price too with the flash deal that was ongoing!

Been applying for most of my credit cards via MoneySmart. From the old interface till the new interface on MoneySmart which made it a smooth and fast fulfillment for all the gift promotions that I applied so far. Keep it up! Do note of the how to fulfil the transaction criteria to the gift promotion you're applying for as I was one of those that had a misunderstanding of how the transaction works. And luckily I managed to clarify it in time when I applied it for the first time via MoneySmart.
