I interned at Monocoque for 3 months and over the course of my time with the team, my communication and problem solving skills have improved, as I am constantly put in situations to think, learn and apply. This is my first internship experience and Shawn has been really patient in teaching how to approach prospects, breaking the process down with me so I am able to learn and internalise it as my own. He constantly reminds me to put ourselves in the shoes of our clients to help us better understand how we can value add to our clients.
