Would be an understatement if I said I was just disappointed in my experience here.... After initially looking at this store from the outside on a day when they were closed and then looking at their website it looked like a shop with a great selection of watches as well as a modern refurbished shop front. Also they had a few watches which I was very interested in. However after visiting the shop all thoughts of buying from them completely disappeared due to the extremely poor customer service. Both representatives although were fine to let me look at and try on the watches were on their laptops the entire time barely making eye contact and did not know or were not willing to answer the most basic of questions. For example how much approx a service would cost, any details on what tests have been done on the watches, how long the watches had been in their possession. It was as if I had been written off as a potential customer from the moment I stepped in. After investing in stock and a prime and newly renovated location I just don’t understand how they would be so nonchalant about actually trying to sell watches and provide some sort of customer service. Very confusing experience will not come again even though they have some good stock.
