They just sit in the middle, cash in their commission, and do nothing to resolve any issues. We moved from Asia to Europe using their services, and once there were delays due to the shipping company bad choices and decisions, Moovaz did nothing to resolve them. Not once they got involved. I will not use them again.

My "relocation buddy" Shareiz Tiu has been professional in every way: helpful, polite, prompt, caring, sincere, knowledgeable. Credit should be given when it's due, and she provided the best customer service I have ever encountered anywhere. The app is handy with quotes, contracts, tasks and todos etc available. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Had the worst experience of our life time moving through them. They behaved very professional initially until they allocated the partners CM relocaters for our move from Singapore to Dubai. Their partner , CM relocaters proved to the worst of all the movers comp we have ever seen, having moved more than 10 times in Asia and Middle East. The packers of CM were most unprofessional. They had done the survey twice , online and physical and gave us a quote for one container. On the day of packing their packers arrived and started bullying and threatening us when only half the packing was done saying the items won’t fit in one container . Special mention about CM relocations Manager Suguna who never turned up on the day of packing . She had done the survey and given us the quotation for one container( her initial quote was increased by more than 30% citing some sea accident just a couple of days before packing commenced and we agree to it as we had to handover the house on the specified date and leave as per our air tkts were booked) and in charge of the whole process and when her packers were blaming her for a the wrong survey and quote , we kept requesting her multiple times to come over . She promised she would come over but never turned up until after one and half days , when all the packing was done when it was time for the final quotation. Meanwhile she issued a threat to us that she will instruct her packers to stop packing if we did not agree for the increased quote. The packers behaviour was reported to her and Moovaz as they were extremely unprofessional and behaved like pirates threatening us and screaming and yelling at us. They were a grp of more than 10, this during the time when 2 people rule was in place, first week of August 21. And the most ridiculous part is Suguna ftom CM relocating called us up requesting none of the family to be around when the packing would be done . We couldn’t understand anything. Repeated request to Moovaz Suguna and we were told they would send us a different team next day. Special mention abt Dev who introduced himself to be the supervisor of the team and was the worst behaved , yelling and threatening us. We were shocked to see same supervisor Dev coming on the second day and this time , he had removed the couple of well behaved members in his team and brought even more ill mannered, unprofessional team who yelled and screamed at us all the time. They packed the items without proper packing materials . Our master bedroom double cot, 65” LED TV , marble coffee table snd cabinet, marble temple and some clay exhibits all that was packed on the second day without any packing material arrived to Dubai damaged. We went into a state of shock end of second day looking at their unprofessionalism. Suguna came after all the packing was done. And she gave us a quote which was double the original quote. We were shaken and numb by this time looking at all that was happening and just wanted to leave. We agreed to the new quote and we left for Dubai after handing over our house to the owner. The container arrived 36 days later although we were promised under 20 days and most of the items which were packed on the second day as mentioned earlier, TV , Teak wood cot, marble coffee table, marble temple and artifacts came damaged. Our fight for insurance started. This again turned up to be most unprofessional insurance comp we had ever seen . V got back around 20% of the insurance we had claimed. We are very upset with Moovaz as there was no support or control over their partners CM relocaters and surprised that they hv chosen Such unprofessional packers as their partner.

I was asked to transfer from singapore to Bangkok with about 2 weeks notice in nov 2021. I was struggling to manage the move by myself with international shippers often quoting me huge prices or just delaying the process due to the shipping backlog. I found moovaz online and Scarlett (Ting) took over my case. She spend time understanding my requirements. They were complicated to say the least. The Moovaz team found me a relocation agent at the right price and for the right dates and Not only did she and the Moovaz team sort out all my issues and requirements, what I found was extraordinary is the fact that she kept me informed and in the loop during the entire shift. However the Moovaz team support did not end there. Scarlett and the Moovaz team provided me support with a home search in Bangkok. Moovaz transitioned me their local partner Julia who spoke to me to understand my needs and then provided me with support not only in finding an excellent agent but also doing the shortlist based on my requirements. As a result I found a great home in Bangkok on my first viewing. Big shout out to CM Relocation who helped relocate me seamlessly. Over the Moovaz service was one of the best I have had! And of course a big thank you to Scarlett and Julia. Given that i shift countries every few years i will surely use their services again.

UPDATE: Since writing the below review their head of operations has reached out to me to help resolve our communication issues with the end party. They have helped me resolve most of the outstanding issues which I appreciate. I have updated the review to 3/5 stars. I would ask in the future that the have more internal process to make sure disatifsfied customer are responded to. Moovaz have been completely useless apart from constantly chasing me for invoices. They selected a mover but when the mover starting removing items from my shipping (due to sizing they said was fine) they ignored my plea for any sort of remediation. They still have not reached out to me the help me sort the critical issues out. AVOID them

I am very satisfied with Moovaz. Scarlett is awesome with suggestions and what I liked most about her was she actually understood my volume of furniture and matched with the right relocation company that is well experienced to handle this. The relocation company CM Relo was very professional. Crews were very dedicated and I genuinely respect the supervisor. He handled my stuff as if these are his own valuable stuffs.

The experience of working with Moovaz has been professional and pleasing right from the beginning. Very convenient and easy to deal with. House moving and relocating itself is a stressful and difficult task. But with Moovaz it becomes stress free where everything is looked after and taken care off. I would definitely recommend their amazing service to all those need to relocate. It was a pleasure to avail their service.

I had read great reviews prior to selecting Moovaz. At first, it looked good and my Relocation Buddy immediately processed my move request and sent it to Moovaz relocation partners. Then, nothing happened. 1 day, 2 days.... I sent a few emails to no answers. As my move was at short notice (3 weeks), I decided to directly contact some Moovaz partners and also other relocations companies. I quickly selected one company and started the administrative process for the move. I have shared my feedback with Scarlett and she is fully aware of what happened.
