★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Bought something from them n they are not even helpful. Items not exchangeble even after 2 seconds stepped out from shop. Shop owner recommended but item does not fit. Felt cheated! Never coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A shop that has no basic skills. Obviously didn't bother to use the correct tools to dismantle parts. My bike coverset was full of chips and scratches at the end of their service. Brake fluid spilled and they left it at that which resulted in bike paint peeling off. No service recovery offered after feedback. Never going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of the items you purchased. Once bought, no chance to return. I purchased the bike frame recently through online but later I realized there was a safety concern. I Asking to return and deduct me $100 in exchanged but they don’t. Poor customer service. This shop is not recommended.
