The lady (Mel) was extra patient with me in selecting helmets! Overall experience, fantastic!!

By far the worst motorcycle accessories/apparel store I’ve experienced. Initially, I was delighted to head down to the store to check out their product line. Purchased a biltwell bonanza helmet from them. Little did I know that the helmet was actually in the progress of being PSB certified. Bought the helmet two days exactly before the company’s announcement for PSB helmet approval. Sales person should have bothered to have the transparency for their customers to decide whether they would want to risk wearing an unapproved helmet. During the purchase, we constantly voiced out our concerns about the PSB certification process. The sales person did not sound off to us that the certification was in progress. Contacted the company for a solution but was ignored twice with messages left on seen. Buyer beware of this shop. It’s the first and my last time patronising your store. Lim ah boy or motoworld stores are so much better than this store where they have accountability and good customer service commitments. Would have rated zero stars but one star was the minimum.

Most of the helmets sold here are not PSB apporved, hence illegal to use on Singapore roads. This shop and the proprietor (Ben) does not educate the customers about this fact that the helmets sold are not legal in Singapore. As an uninformed customer, I bought two helmets from shop which I later realized were not PSB approved. When I asked for a refund, the proprietor relutantly agreed to refund only 80% of the original cost. He informed me to come back to his shop with a strict deadline of 3 days. I missed the deadline by a day because of personal obligation. When I met him in the shop, the proprietor's deamenor was rude and disrespectful. Ben seemed very nice to deal with during the initial sale (a typical salesman), but his demeanor flipped drastically and turned rude during the refund transaction. I am sorry to make this personal remark but he lacks genuineness. My recommendation to others in similar situation: 1. Don't buy non PSB approved helmets from here if you want to ride in Singapore. LTA is clamping down strongly on riders with non PSB approved helments and the fine is going up. 2. If you have been misinformed, like I was, and an amicable resolution is not provided, there is a provision to officially report the establishment to the traffic police. (I intended to do this if I didn't get any refund) Other observations, this shop seems like a dying business. I was given 80% credit on the helmets ' cost, but I couldn't optimally utilise the credit because the shop didn't have much stock in standards sizes. I ended up buying useless stuff with the credits, because I was obligated to utilize the credits on the same day.

Mel was very professional and patient when i was choosing for helmets and gave insights on the products! had a very pleasent experience while at their store!

Copped a Biltwell here and the service is amazing. Friendly, funny yet informational too. A great comfortable outlet that makes you feel at ease and welcoming for a bike noob like me! Thanks man - will definitely get another here!
