Black face when I told her my order and then black face again when she said no Paywave. Luckily I had cash.
Please put up signage that displays what payment methods are available.

โ โ โ โ โ Agree with previous reviewers about poor service attitude. No sign that ice cream was not functioning, waited in queue until we got told when we ordered. Service staff almost delighted we couldn't get our ice cream, no expression of regret or apologies.

โ โ โ โ โ Wanna grab a quick bite before my bus arriving in 10 mins. Waited in line with another 2 of the other customer ended up didnโt get anything(I just want a hazelnut Royale for fast bite). 3 staff did not attain to us but back facing and focus on slowly doing their grab order or something. Not the first time, same thing when I was rushing to work in the morning too. Donโt open your store next to bus interchange if you canโt serve fast enough. Let other brand to do it donโt waste the spot, people need their quick fix before bus arriving.

โ โ โ โ โ Went to this outlet two times and service was bad for both occasions. Specifically this auntie that works every morning at the counter area. On both occasions she would make my drinks wrongly, eventhough i repeated it many times. There was even an instance where they ran out of ice at 9am in the morning... she only told me that there is no ice for my drink after making it. Went there twice but never going back again...

โ โ โ โ โ management should look into some of the issues in these outlet. I encountered the same exact issues which were expressed in other reviews mths ago. wrong order (sadly i didnt take my receipt so no proof), quite rude when rejecting paywave, VISA, and credit card, and rly slow. the bunch of aunities like DGAF.

โ โ โ โ โ Recently went there to buy a soya bean drink. The attitude of the staff was appalling. There's a customer who had trouble finding where is the dustbin in this interchange & ask 1 of the staff for advice. She just replied rudely to the customer in Mandarin, at that side "ๅป้ฃ่พน". And then she immediately commented to her colleague that the man who asked her was ๆฏๆ่ดฅ็ฑป!! I was shocked to hear that being said in my presence. This stall staff regard their customers as ๆฏๆ่ดฅ็ฑปjust because they'd problem finding the dustbin and...
