★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enter from the main entrance, keep left and keep walking straight, one can find the unit #01-19 as you walk along the semi sheltered parking lots.
Many delivery staff and customers collecting their order including myself tend to overlook this unit until we take a closer look or see someone else collecting their purchase.
Some suggestions: Perhaps a standee should be placed in a conspicuous place or you can consider adding more directional signages to guide customers and drivers along. Some might also get confused by the “staff only” sign too.
