Mr. Coconut

Tried punggol waterway branch, bugis village branch and hougang mall branch. I must say hougang mall branch offers the best quality consistency. The queue is long though, usually around 15-20mins to queue and get the drink. And theres always no place to wait around.

Nearest outlet from me. Can't be happier that it opens here. I guess everything is alright just that the waiting you will need to roam around for about 5 to 10 mins. As you will cause traffic congestion if you would like to wait near the store. And of course, there is Koi too. So customers from both stores will have to fight the space together with people entering and exiting the mall. First place that i can collect my Fraser Points !

I queue up in hugang mall for almost 15mins and when my turn, no more pudding, no more jelly,his come like this, lousy management coz no signage put up, i told the in charge she can't evern........ai forget it. Told by my friends how nice is it.first time i wanted to try like that.

It's delicious; albeit the ones I usually buy in hougang 1 are creamier, hence yummier ??

Press my number yet order not ready. After 5 orders after me got their drinks then I got mine. Thanks. Last visit. I only ordered one signature coconut shake.

Got a bubble coconut at about 5.45pm and it was so sour. Tasted like the coconut water had gone bad.

Went there on 15 Jan. I ordered my drink, the signature coconut shake. The queue number flashed was No. 47. It is known that the wait to get the drinks can be some where between 15 -30mins. I went to finish my errands and returned only to see that the queue number did not change at all. Shocking!!! I did notice the 5 girls there were busy. Only to reaise all of them were working on a huge online delivery order!!! I know online orders are important but so are the customers who have come personally to.patronise your stall. Why can't you get 1 person be in charge of the online orders while the other does the customers order. Get another girl to help seal . I believe there must be something done to have a proper management of the stall After waiting for 35mins, the queue number suddenly jumped to 56!!! Only to get the customers all worked up and frustrated. I had to keep on walking up to ask where is my order 51. Why suddenly jump to 60 something!!! I hope the management will do something about this. The girls are hurrying up and gets confused. Pls look into it. Thanks.
