★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really don't understand the hype. Their profit margins damn high. I ordered the coconut cappuccino shake at 50% sugar level. Can't taste the coconut at all and the coffee taste is just those kind of cheap nescafe sachet taste. Totally overwhelmed by this artificial sweetness... When will people realise that this is so not worth it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first Mr Coconut I have visited that served the coconut shake with a strand of hair inside!!! Seriously need to check on the hygiene standards of this place. I understand that they have numerous orders but cleanliness is number one when it comes to the food and beverage industry.
Normally busy with long queues, this outlet is definitely not the best to go to for your coconut fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been addicted to there best selling Coconut Shake. Have tried Coconut Taro Shake and its good. Allow it to settle down for 30 mins and take a sip to feel the coconut junks :)
I did take with Zero Sugar but that itself felt enough Sugar for the drink. Cannot think of 100% Sugar ;)
You can try there Avacoda Coconut Shake or Mango Coconut Shake.
Being member get to earn credits and redeem as per credits(min credits apply) and get a choice of your drink during Birthday Month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was given the wrong orders and there was no easy way to raise it, yet when I finally found a contact number to do so, I was questioned (as if it was my fault for having been provided the wrong orders), and further asked to fill up forms to get a redemption at their outlet out of their goodwill?!!! There is absolutely NO customer service and I’m also appalled at their poor handling and management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went Tampines 1 second time buy mr coconut drink.. first time already very sad cannot get good drink. Second time same also cannot have a nice drink. Cannot get good fresh coconut meat.. all is very harden meat . And so many icing. No coconut taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store always have a long queue whenever I visit, but since I have some free time today I decided to purchase.
I went on a friday past lunchtime and the line was expectedly long. When it was my turn, I showed the staff the voucher that I want to use, she gladly took it then asked for my sugar level preference, and gave me the receipt.
They were already serving customer number 78 and mine was 85. I got my order in a plastic bag with straw.
Overall, it took approximately 10-15 minutes of waiting while practicing/observing social distancing at all times. Mr. Coconut shake is refreshingly delicious, a must-try.?

The drinks are always great and refreshing. Especially, for the free birthday drink promotion. By being a member, you are entitled to a free drink (regardless of size) on your birthday month.
Easy and fast to redeem the free drink.
The staff was nice and friendly.
