M	Mohamed Sidiqie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude. Professionalism - close to zero. Instead of asking me to remove my glasses, he double tapped my glasses and didn't even say a word. That is one extremely rude gesture. He kept complaining about the pomade in my hair and how it will spoil his equipment. He even told me that next time when I come, don't put on any wax or pomade. I have never had any barber in my 37 years of my life, asked me to remove my pomade before coming to the barbershop. Last time I will ever go there. To the business owner, I am horrified by the service.
R	Rocker Raman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the shop without realising that the safe entry qr code is outside and when the barber ask me if I scan the qr code i replied I didn't because outside the shop there were too many stickers. He then told me to go out and scan the qr code and comeback in with a rude voice tone, barber was very busy watching Mr Bean not even capable to run a shop. During the haircut I told the barber to add a line on my side parting and in return he gave me the rude face and asked me why I didn't inform him earlier and some grandmother story. Overall terrible service, and to that specific barber he should either learn how to provide good customer service or quit his career being a barber. Worst fade cut I ever had in my life for $20
N	N Fikri (Nabih Fikri) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haircuts given were OK, but the uncles sometimes take breaks in between and happily chat away and search for YouTube videos in their TV. One of them also once asked if I'm from ITE just because I'm Malay. Racism.

I went through most of them before this review and I would say they are friendly, professional, they ask if you're unsure or suggest you what fits you best. The waiting time isn't too long on a weekday. Make sure you let any barber know what you'll want, a photo/verbal description would do good and these guys there know how to take it further. Overall, I enjoy getting my haircut here, the barbers pretty much know what they're doing and I get my desired outcome.

One of the barbers (Auntie) who cut my hair was very impatient and rushed through the entire process, while other barber is cutting hair nicely. She drag my hair a few times. And comb my hair, my hair is dry. Doesn't mean you offer lower price you can be impatient . If you say that there's are customers waiting outside that's not an excuse you should use. Because I waited for quite some time as well! Just very bad. I raised this issue in the salon. But nobody cares. The lady at the counter don't really care. Just sitting there. Ha ha.
S	Syakir Selamat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To all the negative comments please don’t trust them I’ve been going to this barbershop since 2015. Yes barber do change due to shortages of manpower from other shops they own but other barbers are still capable on doing the job. Most of the barbers is from Malaysia but they do speak above average English. What you need to take note is that when asking for a cut if you don’t know how to explain please show a picture of the cut you want, at least from multiple angles. All the barbers right now is very good and you won’t be disappointed.
