★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with this Company's customer service. First of all, their masks quality are so bad and I rejected them. So I called the company to get them to rectify before CB. I followed up via email twice and received NOT A SINGLE reply. So after CB I followed up again and checked what is their next action and the customer service doesn't want to accept cos she said dragged for too long but no response on my emails at all on how will they rectify this. Today the customer lady hang up my call twice and even dare to say to me "i don't want to talk to you anymore" like WOW. What a customer service quality. I don't usually write reviews but today I felt like doing it so as this is really ridiculous. I am talking as a client nicely and this is what I am receiving. Hope this review will be read by the company's management. Appreciate if someone could help me on my complain and settle this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited their shop and got all my art supplies without fail. I went to a few other stationery shops but none of them has the complete list of what I need. I can see that Multi has a wide variety of supplies and they also recommended a few better options that are more suitable for my art work. Customer service was great and the people there are very friendly.
