★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told them I'll collect at 7 because it's 24/7, he told me he can only print at 730am because he need to send his daughter to sch. In the end I only collect at 930 and my class was at 9? I asked him isn't it 24/7 and he just kept saying his daughter need to go to school. would give 0 stars if I could and I paid full price when he had the cheek to print for someone else between printing for me SERIOUSLY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I searched online through shop after shop, looking for someone to print two 150-page documents that I needed coil-bound and delivered to a Singapore address (all done from overseas). After seeing so many shops that couldn't handle the delivery, I found Musa 24-Hours Printing. Everything from start to finish handled. I sent the file by WhatsApp, they kept me updated as they got the doc printed & bound. Then, only hours later, the files were delivered to a Singapore address. Truly great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge a 10 dollar service charge even for 1 printout that costs 50 cents. I can understand paying for a service charge if he were to design something. But a service charge to get just a print out is not acceptable for me. Also this was the cost during the day time so I dont see the need to charge this fee during normal hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended printing service. I have made the order through WhatsApp at late night. They have replied instantly and kept in touch until the confirmation of the order and the payment. They have multiple payment options too (including Paypal/Online payment). It would help customers to avoid the unnecessary hassle in Singapore even though you are a tourist. I received my order within 12 hours as guaranteed in the initial conversation with the shop. I hope they have fast services too which can be served their clients within few hours.
I have no idea about the price range in Singapore as Im on a visit in Singapore. But for me, the quality that they have given me is worth more than money.
Highly recommended for the customers who have urgent requirements.
