★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for places to help with flexibility and mobility issues that were preventing me from achieving the full range of motion to achieve handstands and general upper body tightness from over training.
I google places and came across Muscle Releaf and haven't regretted trying it out. Not only are they very reasonably priced - they both know their stuff and provide very targeted treatment for what I was specifically looking for.
I'd recommend them to anyone who is active and is looking to help loosen up tight muscles to help push their training even further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to many many many TCM, Sports Massage therapy, attended numerous yoga, pilates lesson to ease my shoulder pain, tight hamstring, tight neck muscles.. it worked for a few days, for just a few days.
By chance my trainer introduced this pair of very young dynamic duo. Only thing I could say why didn’t I know them earlier! ?
In the first assessment, Wilber could tell me which muscle is giving me problem and how to correct it. In just one session m left shoulder like “reborn” and training as greatly improved. Even trainer could tell the difference!
As much as I dun want too many ppl to know them in case future hard to book appt, but I hope they’re able to help others who has problems too.
Jiayou JY and Wilber! Always looking forward to the next relieving the “SNG”! ???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wilbur knows his craft. He was professional and knowledgeable. He found exactly where my trigger points ad issues were. He was able to pinpoint my complication and gave effective instructions what I can do for recovery. Also, he was patient in answering the myriad of questions I had and through the session with him I was able to ease my worries and became more knowledgeable. Highly recommended :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience with Wilbur. My wife and I come here once a week and it really made a difference to all the stiffness in my body. Just 1-2 sessions and the results are visible. Highly recommended if you’ve been experiencing any sort of muscle stiffness or fatigue from heavy workouts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a return visit with Jiaying. She makes me feel comfortable, at ease, and is professional with what she does.
I came with a knotted upper back and shoulder from all the WFH. Jiaying hits all the right spots and more! She also helped to unknot other muscles on my lower back and neck as well with her expertise. I didn't even know they were knotted.
I leave the session feeling relieved and the pain alleviated. Will definitely revisit when the need arises!

He not just released the tension in my shoulder and upper back, but gave good advice and tips on what I need to look out for to strengthen the areas that were giving me issues.
