★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nimal de Silva the owner, refuses to refund or perform the last three in a set of eight lessons...after scheduling three lessons, he messaged my wife saying he will not perform or refund, because he demands an apology from me for bullying. I asked him what he was talking about, and he has insulted me in writing, but never described any behaviour that is bullying. Simply put, he is stealing our SGD150, not refunding it, and not providing the lessons. And to TOP it off, he is insulting me on social media...see photos.
