Only come here to change sgd - rm before as the rate is standard, so not sure about other currencies.
Staff on graveyard shift is forever sleeping.

Was asked by the cashier how much money I wanted to exchange which I replied "I am not sure" and he counted the money and gave an amount lesser of 300 ringgit. Becareful of the 1st counter on the left

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open 24 hours is a huge plus for me. Coz I travelling a lot this year and I always got too busy and remember to change money pretty last minute huuu saved by Mustafa huhuhu
And the rates is pretty good here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAMMER ALERT!! Please MAKE SURE you count your money and always ask and double check the RECEIPT before leaving. I had a bad experienced with one of their money exchanger guys. It was Sept 2, around 10 to 11am. Semi-bald hair, 2nd counter from entrance. He tried to scam me. He didn't give me the correct conversion amount, he didnt want me have my receipt, but i waited, and i waited for TOO long. Started to feel that there was something wrong. Then, I noticed $$ was missing, it didn't match to what was on the receipt. So i went back to him and when i was about to say a word, but he suddenly he handed me the missing amount. It was on his other hand. Then the person at 1st counter and him were looking and smiling at each other...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the dealers are arrogant and behave like they own Mustafa. They only offer good rates for USD. For the rest of the currency, its less than decent. They have few connected counters beside each other and not all offer the same as you saw online. Don't change at late nights, as some dealers will rip you off saying there needs to be minimum and bullshits!
Just because it seems big and flashy does not mean they offer good rates! Tourists beware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are decent but not the best in the city. I've had a number of good experiences here. But once I didn't count to check the money and I realized that they gave me back $120ish less SGD. I went back the next morning to complain and the same guy (who was working at a nearby money exchanger - all the shops are connected) found me on the street and said that he made a mistake yesterday but would only give me $20, supposedly to shut me up. Yeah, don't use this money exchanger unless you want to get gypped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE WARNED WHEN TRADING HERE. Similar experience to other reviewers - arrived at 10.30pm, semi-bald cashier on left counter.
He asked if we counted the cash (we did, but said no), then showed an amount that was less. Upon a requested recount, he changed the note count on the receipt, still showing lesser than the original amount.
Took back the cash and changed with the counter on the right instead, which had a counting machine. If you must exchange here, do so at your own risk, preferably with diligence. (The rates are pretty good for RM.)
