★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad first impression of this family ctr. Everyone seems to ask too many personal particulars over the telephone. They even want my NRIC No spelled out over the phone. Gosh.. what else! Why can't the staff wait till we meet each other personally. What's the rush? Feel they lack professionalism. As such, I've lost faith in this centre.
