Product: Really efficient and easy to use with multiple ways to open the lock. Very sleek and clean design as well
Mani has also explained very clearly to all my enquiries and demo to me patiently. Even gave tips of what kind of battery is better. Lock comes with controller, 2 key chain card lock, and 4 lock cards. It allow finger print and num lock as well.

Purchased the package thru Whatsapp from Leon Tho, further discount was given by him.
Installer Mathav was very professional and well trained, his installation was perfect and smooth. He did clean up the mess after installation and he had given me a clear guide on the usage of both the digital lock for the gate and main door.
Installation timing: 1and half hours.
Thumb up and highly recommended.

Bought the Epic brand and the installer name Mani came to do the installation. He is really professional, friendly and even go extra miles to help adjust my door closure speed + my door viewer. Definitely recommended!

The installation process was smooth and hassle free! The contractor, Suba was efficient during the set up and patient when he teaches me to operate the door lock.
Overall, it was a great experience with My Digital Lock! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my door locks and gate from Spencer, Northpoint branch. He is friendly and patient. But I got issue with the gate during installing. Gate cannot close well and the installer bend gate with hammer. Thus the gate is bended and doesn't fit well now. Spencer had agreed to arrange an inspection after cny. While digital lock installer, Sabu had done a good job on the installation. Good workmanship and explaination on using the lock. He is professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

He is very nice and very detailed in explaining and demostrating the locks manual to me and very patience in answering my queries! My locks are now well installed and he is very nice to clear the mess too. Overall im very please with the service with My Digital Lock from buying till installing although there is a 1 week delay of installation from my initial date arranged. But all is good now. Thank you :)

Fast reading of the fingerprint and quick unlocking of the gate that is worth to upgrade the gate lock. Seller has been patient to answer my inquiry and make arrangement for my request. Fast installation is done by Mani who has also patiently explains how to use the lock and some of my other inquiry. Happy with my purchase and will definitely recommend family and friends if they are thinking about getting or replacing their locks.
