Will never buy anything there again.
Bought a brand new 21 speed MTB for my son.
There was a problem during switching of gears.
When my son went back, he was sent away by shop owner telling him that there's nothing wrong with the bike without even checking.
A week later, the bike pedal came off. This time round I went down with my son to confront the bullies. He agreed there was a problem with the gears and he will send for repair.
After collection, still same problem.
Avoid this shop at all costs.

β β β β β Shop doesnβt seem to be well supplied. Does not even have a size 20 tyre which is now very common for bicycles for Singapore.... owner seems kinda unenthusiastic and cold. Wonβt recommend. The shop caters more to E-scooters... so cyclists pls donβt visit this shop

β β β β β The worst bicycle shop I ever visited.
All I wanted was a help to unscrew my bicycle tires to pump(It was too tight), they told me it was bicycle servicing and I had pedestrians helping me while they, the staff of the shop watch me.
I asked for helping and they still charge me. Wth.
At the end, they blacklisted me for asking help while I am frustrated and they even don't allow me to pump my bike.
BLACKLIST THIS SHOP.
PLEASE CLOSE YOUR SHOP.

β β β β β Just asked if they can borrow me a wrench for 2 sec just to fix the height of my seat by my self, wanted 5 dollars. When I need to buy something for my bike, I am certainly NOT going to buy anything here. bye bye

β β β β β Dropped in to buy a 16T freewheel, which MKP stock on their Lazada site for $8. Price in store was jacked up to $30, plus $5 for installation. Second star awarded as $5 to install quite good value, plus was done for free when I pointed out the 3.5x fold difference between in-store and online prices for the item itself.
I travelled a 30 mins round trip to pickup the item, so paid up so as not to leave empty-handed. However I am not impressed with the level of price gouging for (potential repeat) customers who have made an effort to come to the store.
Basically - avoid unless you know exactly what you want and how much you will pay before you travel !

β β β β β Easily the worst bike service ever. Needed one bolt to fix the pedal back on to my bike, owner said 35 dollars. Another person in the shop said they don't do fix pedals. Went to another shop that charged 1 dollar. Owner was rude and seemed disinterested when speaking to me. Wouldn't recommend my worst enemy here.
