★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called N.E.L. Plumbing to enquire about a toilet seat that had come loose in my guest bathroom. He asked for a couple of images and from there advised me what needed to be done. He came the very next day and was done in under 30 minutes, swapping out the toilet seat and even cautioning me about stressing the seat's springs (which regulate the opening and closing of the seat and cover). With one year's warranty, the whole bill was $120. Well worth it.
