Totally not recommeded at all.They are very responsive and nice when it comes to supporting them.But after that when u have doubts and questions they give 1 2 word answers or no replies.ll never recommend them at all.I waste my money and times with them

Tried giving them a lot of chances as there were numerous recommendation about them in fish forums in the past. 1st encounter, tried to order various 4kg seachem salts from them the quotes were outrageous 2nd chance, tried reaching out to them in shopee for a pinpoint calibration fluid combination pack (ph 4,7,10) they promised to put it up and it has been months since the promise nothing was done. 3rd chance, tried reaching out for a custom fgt cover they replied that the fgt team would liase with me but it has been 4 days and no follow up at all. Each time I just went to other sellers but still gave N30 a chance to redeem themselves due to their "reputation" in old fish forums. I guess their service has really went downhill Never again

Amazing response time and going above and beyond on packaging for my purchased items ready to be shipped overseas. Very polite and responsive on WhatsApp. Highly recommended

You would think that buying fishkeeping stuff online is cheaper than retail. When it comes to N30 tanks on Lazada, all their items are actually more expensive than at retail stores. Not recommended to buy from them.

I've bought several customized tanks from N30 over the years. These have been 5 foot to 6 feet including sump and cabinet. I've always been happy with the workmanship--including the cabinetry. It's best to email them first and then go down with some planning, eg position of tank, dimensions, can it fit through your door? etc. N30's always been attentive but I don't expect a first time aquarium keeper's education from them. My tank is still with me. I've even engaged them for heavy duty shelving to store 8 x 2ft plywood sheets--including with rollers--heavy duty stuff. They're a good choice for customized tanks.

I have two fluval filters from N30. One of them, which I bought from slightly over a year, started leaking and the N30 crew helped to troubleshoot. It is a goodwill gesture well appreciated. Will continue to support N30!

Very bad. Read this review before purchasing anything and be careful when doing any works. Posted photos for you to see. Bought a 4ft sump tank and In the end have to return as cannot fit. Bought a sump pump, end up spoilt have to return and get a replacement. Bought whole set of new sump media and for my piping changes. Checked with the guys if the glue is using is ok as fish is still in the 6ft tank and they said not problem did it so many times before. After pipe and media change, 3 hrs later one by one the fish started to die. Check water perimeters all ok. Informed the company and they were very defensive saying what their guys did is correct and nothing went wrong. Told them fish won't die if all was done correctly and they started being very defensive again. 2 days later all the fish died total worth is almost 9k Piping they did all started leaking. Customer service may be good but when it comes to service, I recon you search else where. I'm sure they will reply to this and be defensive again so this is my story and I have recorded videos to prove. Be careful when dealing or buying items cos your fish will end up dead or you will get a second hand item and end up changing again.
